VINTAGE BISBEE: OLD AND NEW WORLD WINES AT BISBEE WINE FESTIVAL

Bisbee’s City Park and the historic Brewery Gulch will be the site of a festive evening of wine, food, and music during the Vintage Bisbee Wine Festival on Saturday, October 6th, 2007 from 4-7pm.

Guest participants can sample more than 50 wines from around the world at the festival. Festival organizers also selected vintages from local grapes grown in Cochise County and neighboring communities to feature in the event. Southern Wine Distributors will pour old world wines from Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal, and new world wines from Australia, New Zealand, South America (Chile & Argentina) and North America (Arizona, California, Oregon & Washington). Knowledgeable wine stewards will be at each station to answer questions about each vintage. To accompany the wine, a variety of local dining establishments, such as Café Roka, Bisbee Grille, and Banditos and Lawmen, will provide tastes of their specialties.
